How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase on Pro Pruners:

- Browse products and select your desired item.
- Add it to your cart.
- Order 2 , gest a set for dad.
- Review your cart and click "Checkout."
- Enter shipping and payment details.
- Confirm your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll know your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Pro Pruners. This email will include your order details, a summary of your items, and an order number. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you have any concerns, you can contact customer support for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible as some orders are processed instantly.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
Pro Pruners offers a return policy that allows you to return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress. For more specific information, please refer to the shipping policy on the Pro Pruners website.
Returns & Shipping Policy
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Unfortunately, returns beyond this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Return Items
If you purchased/placed order of one of our products through Amazon, please start the return process on their site per their terms and conditions.
If you placed order on this site, to initiate a return, please contact us at service@propruners.com. Include your order number, reason of your return, the product(s) you're returning, and your name. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the return shipping address.
Condition of Items for Return
We only accept returns on items in new, resalable condition. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accompanying materials. Any items that are damaged, used, or missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately. We will either arrange a pickup or reimburse you for the return shipping once we receive the item.
Unauthorized Returns
A 20% restocking fee applies to any returns that are not pre-authorized.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Gift Returns
If the item was a gift, and was marked as such during purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift-giver.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please double-check with your bank or credit card company. It may take up to 15 days for Bank it to be processed. We have no leverage or any say in Banks operations. If you've already done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@propruners.com.
